Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering from Rai Dairy Farm. By placing an order with us — whether by WhatsApp, phone, or our website contact form — you agree to the terms below.
Orders are confirmed once we reply to your WhatsApp message, call, or form submission with a confirmed quantity, price and delivery time. We reserve the right to decline an order if an item is out of stock.
Prices are quoted at the time of order confirmation and may change day to day based on seasonal milk supply. Any price changes will always be communicated to you before your order is finalised.
All products are prepared and chilled fresh for each order. If you receive an item that isn't fresh or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours on WhatsApp so we can make it right.
Payment terms (cash on delivery, bank transfer, etc.) are agreed directly with our team when your order is confirmed. We do not process online card payments through this website.
Since our products are prepared fresh to order, cancellations are only possible before an order enters preparation. Please message us on WhatsApp as early as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
